CHENGDE.Founded in 1988, CHENGDE began with the production of cold-drawn small-diameter seamless steel pipes. After more than three decades of development, it has grown into a major industrial manufacturer of seamless steel pipes. With a registered capital of 210 million yuan, the company’s total assets reached 1.2 billion yuan by 2023. It is located in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. CHENGDE operates in accordance with international standards and has obtained certifications for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. It has also received EPC oil casing certification, as well as certifications from international and domestic classification societies such as ABS, BV, LR, and CCS. Its Physical and Chemical Testing Center has obtained CNAS national-level laboratory accreditation and holds a Special Equipment (Pressure Pipeline Components) Manufacturing License issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. The company operates two complete steel pipe production lines: one with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons for Φ127 pipes, and another with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons for short-process three-roll continuous rolling of Φ76 pipes.
